I had not gone through a realtor to buy our previous house and only went into Evans Realty because I felt another realtor was not willing to show me a house of interest. John was immediately available to help me and my husband and showed us a variety of houses. He was able to give us information about the area in specific details. John was always readily available and kept our interests at the forefront in dealing with the seller's realtor and the bank. He was ALWAYS available for questions or concerns. John made a potential stressful process be a little easier and in the end, we are VERY happy with our new home and using John Evans as our realtor!

John Evans walked me through the entire process of buying my home. He is attentive to the needs of the buyer. He is a very pleasant person to work with and always has a great attitude. I relocated from California to Idaho so there was alot of emailing, faxing and phone calls. John Evans wasted no time in responding. He never hesitated to provide assistance when I called upon him. From my perspective John isn't just my realtor, now he is also my friend.
